V3 Series Panel-mount or Wall-mount Gas Detection Controller
The gas detection indicator and alarm unit can monitor a variety of gas detector models for monitoring toxic and combustible gases and oxygen. Each gas detector is connected to an individual indicator unit. Indicator units can work stand alone with their own build in set of alarm relays, but also in combination with a common alarm unit (VAS) and relays. Gas concentrations are clearly indicated on a 50 segment 3 colour LED bar graph for each channel. The V3 series indicator and alarm unit is suitable for many small, mid to large-size gas detection systems for applications in many industries.

ePACT Gas Detection Controller
The ePACT Controller gas detection alarm system is based on the RevPi Core 3+ platform including New Cosmos embedded HTML alarm handling software and alarm configuration software ePact. The alarm system is very flexible in design and easily configured towards your needs. The gas detection alarm system runs on an in house designed program ePact for very stable and proven operation. The system is built in a free standing or wall mount cabinet depending on your requirements. The modular de-centralized design makes this alarm system suitable for many small to large size applications in many industries.
For smaller systems we have standard configurations like the Compact 8 and Compact 16 versions with single processor (CPU) and single power supplies. For mid to large systems we recommend the passive dual processor (CPU) with active redundant power supplies.

PLC Based Gas Detection Alarm Controller
The PLC based gas detection alarm system is based on the Siemens S7 safety PLC platform including New Cosmos alarm handling software and alarm configuration software Pact. The alarm system is very flexible in design and easily configured towards your needs.

With In control software the configuring of the WAD and CWA units is quite
simple. When installing a gas sensor or 8 or 16CWA controller, parameters such as target gas,
measurement range and measurement unit are all set automatically.

Sensor Information Management System A PLC-system has lots of advantages. But on its own, it fails to have the possibility of visualisation; it is a ‘blind box’. SIMS-NX is designed to monitor and display the signals of a large variety of sensors on pc screens. that makes SIMS-NX the natural partner for a PLC-confi guration. The combination is hard to beat when it comes to flexibility, reliability and functionality.
PACT Software
PACT is used to program the alarm handling procedures of the PLC-system. An user friendly, well structured, interface relates the input signals to the output actions. PACT is the only alarm handling software on the market which allows the user to change the settings real time, during full operation of the PLC. There is no down time required while making adjustments to the system! By using Profi bus-DP enabled detectors from the Observer WAD range it is even possible to add new detectors without interrupting the processes in the PLC.
